7. Proposed Reflected Ceiling Plan

The proposed RCP is designed to create an open and spacious atmosphere to the office workstations providing an increased sense of height whilst intentionally also showcasing the M+E services, a key delivery sector for Malone Group.
Perforated 1200x450 angled ceiling tile rafts over desks denote workstation zones whilst the walkway areas will be defined by a 600x600 contrasting white grid with a mix of open and perforated tiles with draped vines to draw on biophilic design principles and enhance staff wellbeing.
Whilst this will create a contemporary dynamic feel, we are happy to work with Malone Group should a more traditional approach be required or to work within budget constraints.
The current perimeter bulkhead design over workstations and within cellular offices has been set out to multiples of 600mm to allow for a swap to a traditional 600x600 grid format should this be preferred.
8. Workplace Statistics
- Circa 46 no. FTE
- 40 no. workstations
- Opportunity for 60% increase future expansion of workstations to 66 no.
