RSM DUBLIN HEADQUARTERS

Following the successful design and fit-out of RSM UK’s Belfast offices, MOR Architects were appointed to collaborate with RSM Ireland on the design and delivery of their new 10,000 sqft headquarters at Iveagh Court 2, Dublin.

Situated on the 5th floor, the office space offers panoramic views over the Dublin city roofscape and features two rooftop terraces that extend from the main staff breakout and social areas. The design prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, with open-plan workstations positioned along the building's perimeter to maximize natural light and views.

Central to the layout are adaptable breakout zones, a variety of meeting spaces—including conference rooms, small team rooms and call pods, as well as the main social hub designed for informal gatherings, town hall meetings, and corporate events.

To enhance spatial openness, the fit-out includes the removal of outdated ceilings, exposing the structural soffit and services to create a contemporary atmosphere. Acoustic rafts are suspended through out the office workstations zone in a scattered arrangement to allow for future flexibility and adaptation to the plan for expansion.

The material palette is light and neutral, with accents inspired by RSM’s corporate branding, reflected in bespoke graphic vinyl wall wraps, glazing manifestations, and feature acoustic baffle panels that define the key collaboration space.

The result is a dynamic and engaging workplace that seamlessly integrates modern workspace strategies with an elevated aesthetic, fostering productivity, well-being, and collaboration for RSM Ireland’s team.
