CREDIT UNION - COALISLAND
Our design for this Credit Union fitout sought to create a welcoming and contemporary environment that enhances both customer experience and staff functionality. The scheme significantly expanded upon the Credit Union’s previous premises, introducing a fully accessible public-facing banking lobby, flexible private meeting spaces, and acoustic booths for discreet financial consultations.
A refined material palette was curated to establish a bright, modern, and professional atmosphere, fostering a sense of trust and comfort for members.
Privacy was a key driver in the design, with modular acoustic hoods incorporated at cashier desks to ensure confidential interactions. Additionally, the layout was carefully planned to optimize operational efficiency, providing a vastly improved back-of-house area to support staff and future growth.
